Hangul document (HWP)
HWP is the document format of Hancom Office Hangul (한글), the standard word processor in Korean government offices, schools and many companies. Outside Korea few programs can open it.

How to convert HWP to HWPX on Windows

Select your HWP files
In File Explorer or on the desktop, select one HWP file or as many as you like.

Hold Ctrl and drag
Hold Ctrl (or the key you set in Filee) and drag the files. A donut of formats opens at the cursor. Prefer menus? Right-click and choose Convert with Filee.

Drop on HWPX
Release the files over HWPX. A progress ring counts up, and each HWPX file is saved next to its original.

Some systems and newer workflows accept only HWPX. Filee converts binary HWP to HWPX with rhwp, without Hancom Office, and converts a whole batch of old documents in one go.
