SVG is an XML-based vector graphics format. Shapes and text stay sharp at any size, which makes it ideal for logos and icons on the web, but many apps and upload forms only accept pixel images.

SVG to DXF converter

How to convert SVG to DXF on Windows

Select your SVG files
In File Explorer or on the desktop, select one SVG file or as many as you like.

Hold Ctrl and drag
Hold Ctrl (or the key you set in Filee) and drag the files. A donut of formats opens at the cursor. Prefer menus? Right-click and choose Convert with Filee.

Drop on DXF
Release the files over DXF. A progress ring counts up, and each DXF file is saved next to its original.
What Filee does for SVG → DXF
Laser cutters, CNC software and CAD programs read DXF. Filee writes the SVG's outlines in millimetres, so a shape 100 mm wide stays 100 mm. Curves become fine polylines. Fills, images and filters are left out.
